CHARACTERISTICS


Integralpan® is the first integral breading flour, produced with an exclusive technology starting from whole wheat grain. This grain is similar to Fioccopan® and guarantees a prolonged crispness. It adds the advantages of integral food (immediately perceived by the consumer), and reduced absorption of oil. There are two nutritional advantages integrated into a single product.

Best use indication:
Milaneses: Place Integralpan® on a dish. Dip the food in the binder (egg or Fioccogel® diluted in water) and cover it with Integralpan®. Press lightly for best grip. Fry in hot oil (190 ° C).

Ingredients:
Whole wheat grain, precooked water and salt. Contains gluten, free from any additive or dye.
